Terms & Conditions
When purchasing from
Appliancehelp you must adhere to the following terms and conditions:
NOTE
: your statutory rights are not affected.
- All parts will be fitted by a suitably competent
person, who observes all relevant safety procedures such as working with the
electricity disconnected, using the correct tools, safety equipment, etc.
- You have correctly diagnosed the fault(s) on your
appliance(s), and the part(s) you are ordering have been identified as those
needed to repair your appliance(s).
- You are not ordering parts to use for fault
finding purposes.
Our Promise to you:

Appliancehelp only supply spare parts that are of high quality, and which meet
relevant manufacturers safety standards.

Appliancehelp will deliver your spares as quickly as possible. All stocked
items are sent by first class mail and should arrive within 2 working days.

Appliancehelp will keep you informed of any delays with your order and give a
likely delivery time if possible. If a delivery date cannot be specified, you
will be informed that your order has been placed on a back-order awaiting
delivery in which case you can wait for delivery or cancel your order at any
time.
CANCELLATIONS
Legally, you have the right
to cancel your order up to seven days from receiving the parts, but you will be
liable for postage costs for all returned items* (see note below).
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, all
products come with a 12 Months Return to Base Warranty.
